Description:
2006 Sundowner – 4H Sunlite model with full Living Quarters.  The living area has a leather couch, full kitchen, cedar chip wood floors, and cedar cabinetry.  There is also a full bath with a walk thru; an Escape door, Stud stall, Mangers, and a Rear Tack. (#4490)
 
 **This trailer is extremely fancy with hard wood cedar chip floors and all cedar cabinetry.  The area under the nose has spray-on gravel guard and a hydraulic jack; there are two slide-out drawers with the propane tanks and the spare tire. The main entry is on the curb side and has a retractable step, a porch light, 110V plugs, exterior speakers, and a full size awning. The couch makes into a bed and there is a dining table that can be stowed away when not in use. The master sleeping area is in the carpeted nose and is extra long for extra tall sleepers.  Also in the nose are bedside lights, 110V plugs, cabinets for storage, windows that open, and a pop-up roof vent.  All of the windows in the living area open and have screens and there is heat and air conditioning.  For entertainment, there is a drop-down TV that recesses into the ceiling.  The full kitchen includes a double sink, a gas stove with a hood vent, a microwave, a refrigerator and a separate freezer. There is a pocket door leading to the bathroom; the bathroom has a vanity, shower with a sky light, toilet with a roof vent, and a walk-thru door. Once in the stock area: the first stall has an escape door, a chest bar, and a stud divider; the other two stalls have mangers; and all of the stalls have interior ties and pop-roof vents. The dividers are higher at the head side, they are padded, and they slam latch shut; the walls are rubber lined and there are rubber floor mats.  All of the windows slide and have screens and bars and the feed doors drop down on the head side.  The rear tack room has a 4-tier swing-out saddle rack, plenty of bridle hooks, and an accessory bin and bag on the door. For extra storage there are boxes under the mangers. This is a beautiful trailer with plenty of storage room, living room, and horse room.
