Eclipse Aluminum Trailer Company was placed in receivership in June 2014 by the courts. IMAC Enterprises, LLC is in the process of finalizing our purchase of the “Assets” of Eclipse, and we anticipate that being complete by the end of August. Currently, IMAC Enterprises has entered into a Management Agreement with the Receivership and the courts to allow us to manufacture the Eclipse Product Line. Once our agreement has been finalized by the courts, we will be producing the Eclipse product line under a new company name, River Valley Trailer Company, LLC.
Since IMAC Enterprises, LLC has taken over production of the Trailers in April, 2015, we have moved the manufacturing facility to our plant in Malta, OH. (This is only about 25 miles southeast of the original location.) This move allowed us to double the production area for the trailers, and has increased our overall efficiency and quality during the production process. We were also very fortunate to retain and rehire some key employees who have many years of producing the Aluminum Trailers.
Since IMAC Enterprises, LLC has taken over operations in April, we have made over 20 quality enhancements to the product line. We have also shipped out over 40 trailers during our first four months of operations, and our current lead time is now down to four weeks.
